We offer one of the most thorough Operational, Performance, Infrared, Electromagnetic Wave and Visual inspections in the Industry, performed by a knowledgeable general contractor, with over 18 years experience repairing and remodeling homes on the West side and over 16 years as an inspector.

We Operate the Doors, Windows and Cabinets. We test the Temperatures, Performance and Effect of Heating and Air Conditioning. We test the Temperature of Refrigerators, Freezers, Warmers and Ovens. We inspect throughout the building using and Infrared camera, this helps find Water, Heating and Air Conditioning problems. We use a Moisture meter to check for water around Toilets, Showers and other suspect areas. We plug a Tester into all accessible electrical outlets to make sure they are wired correctly.

General Inspection -
This involves checking a Representative number of each item and is the closest that we offer to most other inspectors and associations Inspection Standards.

Value Inspection -
Includes inspecting all of the exposed, seen and accessible Items*.

The Best Inspection -
A Value inspection plus the major and built in appliances, such as a Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Clothes Washer & Dryer.

The exposed, seen and accessible portions and items of the; heating and cooling, electrical wiring, outlets and switches; plumbing and plumbing fixtures; doors, windows, cabinets and related hardware; floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, foundations and any water which may be leaking into the building.
