We do more than just the Standard "Visual Inspection" offered by most inspectors.
We use a unique combination of performance and visual inspection that includes not only looking at but more importantly operating the doors, windows, cabinet doors and drawers, lights, dimmers etc.. We also use equipment such as an Electrical tester, Moisture Meter, Infrared Camera etc., throughout to help give you a much more accurate inspection of the property.

General Inspection -
This involves checking a Representative number of each item and is the closest that we offer to most other inspectors and associations Inspection Standards.

Value Inspection -
Includes inspecting all of the exposed, seen and accessible Items*.

The Best inspection -
A Value inspection plus the major and built in appliances, such as a Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Clothes Washer & Dryer.

Items* Inspected Include:
The exposed, seen and accessible portions and items of the; heating and cooling, electrical wiring, outlets and switches; plumbing and plumbing fixtures; doors, windows, cabinets and related hardware; floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, foundations and any water which may be leaking into the building.
