Below are Answers to Common Issues.
HOW DO I SAVE THIS TO MY COMPUTER?
This may depend upon a variety of factors, the 2 most likely ways are:
File Save

Right or Control click on the document and select Save or Download, depending upon where and how your are viewing the report.
BLANK PAGE
This typically means that your browser or email program does not have a plug in to show you the report directly. Right or control click on the page and select Download and select where you want the file to go such as your desktop. Once it is downloaded you can go to there (your desktop) and double click on the file for Acrobat Reader to open the file for you.
ADOBE ACROBAT READER
The report is in Adobe Acrobat format. You probably already have Acrobat Reader, which is free, but if you do not seem to have it there is a link to it below. Acrobat is a Free program for viewing files, manuals etc. and is increasingly common and necessary since it is completely cross platform, you can get a version for about any operating system, including many that you have probably never heard of. You can even get Acrobat Reader for your Palm Pilot and put the report on your Palm if you want to.
